RATCHET TIE DOWN STRAPS MANUFACTURER
We manufacture heavy-duty ratchet tie down straps for cargo control, trucking and logistics. Every strap is sewn in-house from high-tenacity polyester webbing and batch-tested before packing — so your customers get consistent, certified lashing capacity on every piece.
We manufacture ratchet tie down straps from 25 mm to 100 mm polyester webbing with break strengths from 1,500 to 10,000 lbs. Each strap is labelled with its working load limit (WLL = break strength divided by 3) and can be produced to EN 12195-2 with CE and GS documentation. Minimum order is 500 pieces per size and colour, and your logo can be woven into the webbing or printed on the label.

Working load limit is always one third of the breaking strength. A 2 inch strap with 10,000 lbs break strength carries a 3,333 lbs WLL, printed on the sewn-in label together with its length and the standard it meets.
