Why SEWPRO

Questions Buyers Ask

What is the difference between 5:1 and 6:1 FIBC?

A 5:1 bag is certified to hold five times its safe working load and is for single-trip use. A 6:1 bag is for multiple trips and is required for UN-certified hazardous goods packaging.

How much weight does a bulk bag hold?

Standard safe working loads are 500, 1,000, 1,250, 1,500 and 2,000 kg. A bag must never be loaded beyond its stated SWL, which is printed on its label.

Do you supply UN-certified bulk bags?

Yes. We supply 6:1 UN-certified bags with type-test documentation for hazardous and food-grade applications.
